Delivery Policy

Same day delivery is guaranteed to Warragul, Drouin and surrounding locations providing the order is been place before 2.00 pm Monday to Friday and 11.00 am Saturday AEST.
If you wish a same day delivery after the cut off time please check by calling us on 03 56255398 to confirm availability. 
Delivery on Sunday will only be guaranteed for Mother's day. 
Order with Sunday delivery will be executed the next working day.

Momento Magico close on Public Holidays, 

For deliveries on public holidays we reserve the right to deliver the next open for business day.

Contact-free delivery if you still require it

Limiting contact when delivering to your loved one will be our priority if you request it.

For home deliveries, couriers have been advised to knock so as to announce their arrival, then leave your gift on the doorstep if safe to do so.
