Our Delivery Policy

Momento Magico will deliver flowers and gifts to virtually anywhere in Australia and almost anywhere in the world, where fresh flowers are available. Naturally, our delivery service is subject to local conditions. Delivery is usually available within 24 hours, but occasionally may be longer, depending on time zones and local conditions.

  • Some areas in some countries (including Australia) are classified as restricted delivery areas. Deliveries to these locations may take up to 48 hours
  • Delivery within Australia is not guaranteed on Public Holidays, Saturday afternoons or Sundays.
  • Same day delivery within Australia from Monday to Friday is possible as long as the order is placed before 1pm AEST.
  • Same day delivery within Australia on Saturdays is possible as long as the order is placed before 10 am AEST.

SUNDAY DELIVERY

Sunday delivery will only be guaranties on  MOTHERS DAY 

for delivery on other Sundays we reserve the right to deliver Saturday or Monday.

COVID-19 Delivery update


At MOMENTO MAGICO, it’s our job to help you express, connect and celebrate with the important people

We’ve made some changes to help keep everyone that plays a part in our service - you, your loved ones, our florists and drivers -

 safe during this time.


Contact-free delivery

Limiting contact when delivering orders to your recipients will help keep everyone healthy, so in the interest of safety,

 your order may be subject to special precautions being implemented for contact-free delivery.


For home deliveries, couriers have been advised to knock so as to announce their arrival, then leave your gift on the doorstep  if safe to do so.


For deliveries to a business, hospital, aged care facility and all other location types,

 couriers have been requested to leave deliveries at reception. We will no longer require a signature upon delivery - 

the courier will simply record the receivers name and time in which it was received.


By implementing this change we are acting to ensure that we minimize transmission as much as possible,

 protecting our florists, couriers and your recipients, while still continuing to deliver beautiful 

flower arrangements to so many Australians that deserve some happiness in their day.

Momento Magico treat funeral orders with the highest of priority. In order to see the order processed as smoothly as possible please supply the following information in the Address Details or Special Instructions :

  • Full name of the deceased
  • Name and address of the funeral home and name and phone number of a relative will be needed.
  • Date and time of the funeral
  • Delivery to Hospitals/Nursing Homes

Delivery to Hospitals/Nursing Homes
For hospital/nursing home deliveries, please supply Momento Magico with the recipient :

  • Full name
  • Ward name or number
  • Hospital name and address
  • Whether the recipient is a patient/resident or part of the staff.
  • For hospital and nursing home deliveries, Momento Magico recommends sending flowers and gifts that are already arranged in a container. Please note :
  • Do not send loose cut flowers as there are usually limited suitable vases available
  • Do not send large arrangements as space is often restricted
  • Most hospitals do not allow plants
  • Some hospitals do not allow flowers in intensive care or other special care units.

Delivery to Ships
For deliveries to ships:

  • Please allow 24 hours for the delivery to be processed
  • The following information is needed to process the order smoothly.

This information can be included in the Address Details or Special Instructions :

  • Name of shipping line
  • Name of ship
  • Cabin number/deck number
  • Exact time of departure.
  • Whether the recipient is a passenger or crew member

Delivery to Hotels & Holiday Resorts
For deliveries to Hotels & Resorts, please supply Momento Magico with the recipient:

  • Hotel or Resort name
  • Room name or number and address
  • Whether the recipient is a guest or part of the staff .

Delivery on public holidays

Please be aware that Momento Magico cannot guarantee delivery on Public Holidays as most florist shops are closed. The product will be delivered the day before or the next working day.

Delivery for Christmas

The cut off time for guaranteed Christmas delivery within Australia is 11:00 am EAST on the 23th December. Due to the large volume of orders that our florists will be delivering for Christmas, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery time. However, you can rest assured that we will endeavor to have all orders delivered  by 5.00 pm EAST to business addresses and 7.00 pm  EAST to residential,  but any orders placed after the cut off time may not be delivered until the earliest business day .


Delivery for Valentine's Day

The cut off time for guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery within Australia is 5:00 pm EAST on the 13th of February. Due to the large volume of orders that our florists will be delivering for Valentine's Day, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery time. However, you can rest assured that we will endeavor to have all orders delivered by 5.00 pm EAST to business addresses and 7.00 pm  EAST to residential, but any orders placed after the cut off time may not be delivered until the 15th of February.


Delivery for Mother's Day

The cut off time for guaranteed Mother's Day delivery within Australia is 5:00 pm EAST on the Saturday prior Mother's Day. Due to the large volume of orders that our florists will be delivering for Mother's Day, we cannot guarantee any timed deliveries. However, you can rest assured that we will endeavor to have all orders delivered by 5.00 pm EAST to business addresses and 7.00 pm EAST to residential , but any orders placed after the cut off time may not be delivered until the Monday after Mothers Day.


Cancellation, Refund & Return Information

Cancellation

Cancellation of orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to dispatch. We cannot accept

 cancellations once the order has left our premises.

 Once an order has been cancelled, the purchase amount will be refunded via the payment

 method used for the initial purchase.

Refund

Any dissatisfaction with our product/s must be communicated to us within two business days of delivery.

 Call 0356255398 or email info@momentomagico.com. Momento Magico does not refund for change of mind.

In the unfortunate event that an item has been damaged through the delivery process, a refund will be offered.

  Refunds will only be processed via the payment method used for the initial purchase.

Occasionally a hamper will be returned to us for one of the following reasons:

a parcel has an incorrect address, our couriers are unable to call the recipient to verify;

a card was left but there was no response from the recipient to arrange re-delivery;

a card was left but the recipient did not pick the package up from the post office, newsagent or other specified location;

the recipient is not known at that address or has moved;

address details are incorrect or insufficient;

The recipient was in hospital or a hotel and has been discharged or has checked out 

Please note if delivery has been attempted and a card has been left by the courier, 

it is the receiver’s responsibility to contact the freight company to arrange appropriate delivery. 

If the parcel remains undeliverable due to no contact from the receiver, it will be returned to us

 at Momento Magico and full delivery charge will be incurred at the expense of the sender to resend. 

What time will the courier deliver my hamper? 

Delivery cannot be guaranteed at a specific time and will be made sometime within business hours.
